Meet Your Coach

I am an experienced Leadership and Talent Development Professional with 25+ years of corporate experience in change management, leadership development, training, and coaching. I also have spent more than a decade helping people with personal finances, budgets, and spending plans. I have successfully completed the Ramsey Financial Coach Master Training program among others and serve in financial capacities at church and with my current employer.

I'm passionate about personal finance because I believe properly managing your finances can improve your quality of life. I came from a background where money wasn’t discussed very much – probably because we didn’t have much of it and it was a sore subject. I worked hard, earned a scholarship to play college football and after college, the real education started – how to live life and handle money. After lots of bumps, bruises, stops and starts, research, trial and error – I pulled together a commonsense approach to finances that worked for the everyday person – people who are trying to make responsible decisions with their money.

I hope I have a chance to work with you, your family, or your organization. Life is too short to be worried about money, we should be out there living and giving!

Money Philosophy

What is your personal money philosophy? Here's ours.....
Money is a tool, It does not bring happiness, but not having it can bring pain, frustration, and chaos. Use it wisely.
Money allows you to buy back your time and spend it doing the things you love and are passionate about.
Money, if handled properly, can build wealth and improve the lives of those in your family and immediate circle.
Money is not to be hoarded but properly managed and shared to help others and support good causes.

Mission

  • To improve the personal finance knowledge of anyone willing to learn, collaborate, and grow.

  • To improve behavior with money and increase the odds of being debt-free, winning with money, and giving graciously.

  • To have a few laughs along the way because life is much more fun with a little laughter.
